Description
During the construction of a new recreation center in Palm Beach Gardens, Bill Kazakavage, a member of the public works crew recalled that he had buried a Burns Road Community Center (BRCC) time capsule some 21 years earlier. Kazakavage contacted city officials who proceeded with the extraction. Included in this image are council member David Levy, Mayor Joseph Russo, and Vice Mayor Eric Jablin.
